A while back I had the pleasure of following Jonathan and Debbie Ackermann as they walked around Seaport Village in down town San Diego. It was amazing just being able to capture a bit of the spark that the two of them have, there is a definite connection they share. Debbie was so excited to be able to put her dress on again, she proudly strutted her stuff up and down the boardwalk as Bethany Murphy and I captured some great shots. Jonathan was a good sport, always at her side making memories that we snapped up for them to share for the rest of their lives. My goal was to capture the simple moments, the ones you can’t try and create. I wanted it to be as real as possible, a second in time that they remember, not because of the picture but because their love tied them to that moment.
